Myofascial Release Therapy

60 minutes: $95
90 minutes: $135

Myofascial Release is a form of soft tissue therapy intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion and to treat injuries and discomfort, rebalancing the entire body. Fascia is the connective tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body. Myofascial Massage differs from other types of massage as it stretches the fascia and releases the bonds that exist between the fascia, muscles and bones- rather than the muscle itself. Since fascia completely encases every muscle and organ in the body imbalances in the fascia can have serious effects on your range of motion and comfort level. While other forms of massage can overlook the fascia, Myofascial Massage focuses specifically on releasing tension in this important membrane.

Energy Work

60 minutes: $100
90 minutes: $130
120 minutes: $175

Energy work is based on the belief that everyone has a “life force”, and that the body needs to sustain its balance for optimum health. Anytime you experience emotional or physical illness, it indicates that your life force has simply become unbalanced. I work directly with your energy in many ways depending on what you specifically need. It can vary between pendulum work, reiki, trigger points, shamanic clearings, untying energy knots, working with your chakras, and more. Once your energy field has been restored to full health, your body will follow.

Shiatsu

60 minutes: $100
90 minutes: $135

Shiatsu is a Japanese form of massage therapy. The word Shiatsu comes from two Japanese words - “shi” (finger) and “atsu” (pressure). In addition to the direct stimulation of pressure points along the energy pathways of your body, gentle stretching techniques are applied over a wider area of the body to integrate the point work and encourage the flow of Chi (energy) throughout the body. Shiatsu is a meditative healing art that honors the body, mind and spirit.

Amplify your Frequency

3 hours: $360

This is for the folks wanting to hit the ground running towards their wellness journey. As we tackle all the ebbs and flows of life it's important to care for all aspects of the self. This is a great choice if you want to learn about what physically is blocking you from your movement forward and a complete assessment of muscle groups that need attention. You will complete an intake form, move you through each range of motion within the body determining what muscle groups need attention and a body work session. Energy work comes into play here either silently or we work together to meet in places you're willing to go.

Acupressure

60 minutes: $85

Acupressure is based on one the most ancient principles of healing - that simply touching a specific point on the body will release stress and improve health in the body. In an acupressure session, I apply firm pressure directly to these “points” on your body, which relieves your muscle tension and improves your circulation. This simple and powerful technique has been shown to be very effective in treating headaches, backaches, and even insomnia. The benefits are endless.

Kid Energy/Massage ( Birth - 5 years old )

15-30 minutes: $30-$45

Our babies come into the world with a story long before they came earth side. Within the womb and through each birth our children come in with their own personalities, bodies, emotions and needs. This can help with anything from a baby with nursing issues, stomach problems, to a little one going through some new developmental strides or a kiddo who needs better sleep. I work with gentle acupressure points, light range of motion, and massage techniques appropriate for our little ones with developing bones and bodies.

Depending on your child's energy at the session will determine if it's a 15 min or 30 min session.

Kid Energy/Massage ( 5 years old- 12 years old )

30 minutes: $45

They fall. They go through growth spurts. Learn how to be in their bodies and deal with all it is to become a human and understand our emotions. It's important we don't overlook the body that carries these souls. Our spines don't stop developing until 10 years old and I'm a firm believer in helping out kiddos stay in alignment physically and mentally as they transition from the subconscious part of their journey to the conscious. I work with their words, energy, pressure points, and massage to realign them to where they are able to rebalance.

Full Body Range of Motion Testing

30 minutes: $60

We will take around 30 minutes to go through the entire body to rest your ROM (range of motion). If you're an active person, recovering from an injury, curious about where to start with body work or what you might need to focus on for your workouts this is a good fit. Testing includes: neck, scapulothoracic, glenohumeral, elbow, wrist, back/abdomen, hips, knee, foot/ankles. After we test each ROM we will localize muscle groups that need to be worked on first. You will get an email with a list of your results which you can use however you like.

Therapeutic Swedish Reset

60 minutes: $100
90 minutes: $135

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Reflexology

30 minutes: $35

Great as an add on! Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet and hands. Backed up by in-depth science it aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet and hands. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, depression and so much more.

Deep Tissue Massage

60 minutes: $100
90 minutes: $140

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Trigger Point Therapy

30 minutes: $45

Trigger Point Therapy is a style of bodywork that focuses on stimulating and releasing “trigger points” in your body. Trigger points are tender areas of tension similar to acupressure points, except they occur in the belly of the muscle rather than along the energy pathways of the body. These “knots” are built up throughout a person's life due to physical, mental, and/or emotional stress. During a session, focused pressure is applied through a variety of techniques order to release your trigger points. This process can be quite painful at times, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative. Keep as a 30 min stand alone session or ask to have it incorporated with your session.

Lymphatic Drainage

60 minutes: $85
90 minutes: $120

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness.

Animal Massage Therapy

30 min minutes: $50

If you're reading this then I LOVE that you're the type of person open to helping your animal through massage! I grew up on a horse ranch with all kinds of other animals around me. I am no stranger to large animals or small. I work with anything you got. My passion is for working with muscle strains or post surgery and emotional rehabilitation. I was a dog trainer and showed competitively for over 15 years and started showing horses at 2 years old and have raised almost every animal you can think of and saved anything wild I could find to rehabilitate.

It's preferred that the animal is domesticated in some way and not afraid of touch. Let's connect over the phone and see what you have going on! I would love to help.

Hot Stone Therapy

1: included

Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating and allows muscle tension to soften and warm quickly for deep tissue and Myofascial work. Hot Stones are something that can be added to any massage that it pairs appropriately with. Inquire prior to the session to see if Hot Stones can be added to your session.

Sports Massage

60 minutes: $140

Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function.

Thai Massage

60 minutes: $144

Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than most other forms of massage therapy. It's also called Thai Yoga massage, because I use my hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like postures and stretches. My clients say Thai massage is like doing yoga without doing any of the work. No oil is applied, so you are fully dressed during the session. A single Thai massage session will help you release stress and relieve pain, and help you function more effectively at work and home.
